May 2006 - Katharine Kubichan was asked to be the guest speaker at UCSD’s Eleanor Roosevelt Scholars banquet attended by nearly 400 students, their family members and professors. Kubichan spoke about her commitment to the United Nations Association of the United States of America, San Diego Chapter, the role Eleanor Roosevelt played in the UN, and how UCSD prepared her for a career in international business and global communications.
