Kubichan Communicaitons secures AIDS educational and awreness project to go to La Paz, Bolivia for the 25th Anniversary of Project Concern's Bolivia health, nutrition and developmental programs
July 22, 2005 - Kubichan Communications, LLC, the marketing and PR firm managing Jeran Design's Hollywood Graffiti Gown, has secured the gown's project team and the gown itself to participate in Project Concern International's (PCI) 25th Anniversary celebration in La Paz, Bolivia. This is a very significant milestone as this is the gown's first international premier since its launch at the Television Academy in March of 2004 and because both the gown project and PCI Bolivia are celebrating their 25th anniversaries together.

PCI's Vice President of Marketing and Development, David George has been working closely with Kubichan Communications to orchestrate this effort. Project Concern International's Bolivian health and development programs and the Hollywood Graffiti Gown's mission to support HIV/AIDS education, will raise AIDS awareness in Bolivia together.

"Project Concern is so pleased to host the gown at our 25th anniversary celebration in La Paz, Bolivia. The gown is a very special addition to our event," says David George. David George of Project Concern and Katharine Kubichan President of Kubichan Communications are spearheading the effort to collaborate on one another's project platforms to drive HIV/AIDS educational and awareness campaigns in other countries.

"Our team is thrilled to participate and attend the press conference and festivities surrounding the event in La Paz. We are particularly excited to visit some of the key programs that make Project Concern stand out as an exceptional organization that brings positive change to the children and people of Bolivia. By working with Project Concern, Jeran Design's celebrity AIDS gown is creating the first public forum for a discussion of AIDS in Bolivia. That is making history, and a part of history our firm is very proud to be a part of," says Kubichan.

A Project Concern volunteer, Beatriz Canedo, also a famous Bolivia designer, will wear the Gown during the gala, which will be attended by Bolivian dignitaries, the gown's designers and public relations team, Project Concern's San Diego president and CEO, and locla dignitaries and supporters. The gown's designers have also given Ms. Canedo the opportunity to donate her signature to the gown, representing all the people of Bolivia.

Project Concern is an international health organization that saves the lives of children and families in need around the world by preventing disease and providing access to clean water and nutritious food. They reach over three million people a year with programs in Bolivia, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Nicaragua, the United States, and Zambia.
